My guess is this stock is very manipulated by those who feel threatened by Hiti's growing success with each passing qtr.   If Hiti was one of the original cdn pot stocks that was listed early on before the last bull run, we would be at $10cdn plus by now and never looked back.  Our timing was not the best.  It's done so forget it.   Let's move on. 

It's the future you need to focus on.  

-Do you see Raj nervous or stressed on his interviews?  Nope.  He looks forward to sharing his success stories

-Is Raj stressed if U.S.A. delays reform?  Nope.  He has the full 300 stores in Canada to expand to still plus Germany Pilar 2 on the horizon

-U.S.A. MSO's have no idea what damage a "canna cabana" discount model can do.  They all function the same way there and are not used to a cdn microcap with so much success here in Canada. 

-The TDR interview with Raj yesterday, Anthony V. was trying to shake Raj with what his secret sauce of conquering U.S.A. was?   Raj told him he wasn't going to divulge that and will keep that close to himself.  (Smart man)

-Raj has a warchest of about $35m funds and growing with each store opening that has passed the 6 to 9 month requirement to get to FCFP

-Raj has a few more lenders talking to him about additional funding if he wants it.  Lenders don't give money out in this space to loser companies.  Only to the winners with sound business models. 

-Retailers are coming to Raj begging for him to buy them out.  As Raj said, many of those companies are garbage.  He is not interested in non immediate accretive acquisitions that help the bottom line now.  No kidding. 

-Expect at least 1 solid M&A acquisition or maybe 2 to happen in second half 2024. That could and may get us over 200 stores.

-We hit between 190 to 200 stores by eoy.  Could be higher if the M&A acquisition(s) is bigger than my guess.

-Hiti has a bullseye on its back as an acquisition target.  If they can't beat Raj or Hiti with its solid business model, they have no choice but to get rid of the thorn in their back.  Highest bidder wins. 

US elections are 5 months away. I am expecting this sector to catch fire between the July to Oct period.
