Hiti has already had a successful R/S, they're mostly growing organically, should be over 500 million this year, and looking better every quarter but without a catalyst, the SP will be manipulated, it's hard for a company to pull away from the pack in such a volatile market.
I believe Raj is a elite CEO, and if he doesn't get sucked in the typical pressure cooker to keep up with the unrealistic demands once a triggering event takes place, I believe this has the potential to be a growth stock and will bring value to SH.
