Hiti is the real deal. Studied this one thoroughly. Raj has cash, ambition, a solid business model, and the world at his fingertips. He already has Canada conquered and won getting to 300 stores with no dilution needed. The competition here has and is already folding. The FCFP will fund all Canada expansion.
He is targeting Germany next and has Sanity group as his partner there. Sanity will help him get through all Europe expansion, The USA can play their BS head games between the dems and rep's. It's the USA MSO' s and CDN LP's that are waiting for the green light there that will lose with delayed reform in USA. Many won't survive imo. When/if it goes, Raj already has his infrastructure in place with B&M and JV partners ready to go. Those deals are already made imo and just a matter of getting them signed once legalization happens. E-commerce is ready too. Too many in the USA still have not figured out what a discounted Canna Cabana model can do to disrupt a good thing if any they had up to now. I expect Hiti to get bought out within 2 years with if without USA legalization
