Yep, buy now, so when the company merges with META and announces a share rollback the same day you can use that as a capital loss, because this will drop like no other. Rest assured the plan here is to allow a low priced private placement. Retail holders will be holding dead paper for well over a year Imho.

Why would they reverse split the have money liabilities been postponed revenue will be around 140 million net margins will improves from 18% stop spreading rumours not reversal it after merger float will be around 350 million shares revenue closing on 200 million in 2022 this is golden no reverse split here

Try 485,000,000 shares outstanding. And they will have about 15M to double the number of stores they have? How will they pay for them all? Revenue will not support expansion. Reverse split is very likely, that's all I can say.

If your generating 200 million in revenue with a 25% net margin it surely justifies they market cap they'll carry I doubt that a reverse split is neede here unles the can't pay the depth
