Question on Warrants?

Do you have to wait till Feb. 2023 to convert warrants to shares?
If you don't have to wait, this is a way to get paid 10 to 15% to buy warrants and convert them now.

Thanks in advance...

Nope! you can cash in the warrant anytime, the feb 2023 date is just when they expire (i.e. you can't do anything with them and they become worthless).  hahaha, if you want any idea how good a deal this is, look at TGIF warrants and how they are garbage ( .65 exercise price and expires in sept).   Also HELL YES this is a GREAT DEAL!! I'm confused by what you said that you can't do anything with them and they expire and they become worthless?? when can you convert them to shares?

Hi!  You can convert them to shares anytime before Feb 2023.  So basically until then you trade them for regular shares (at .35 per share), or sell them as warrants.   After Feb 2023 they expire, which means you they essentially go *poof* and disappear.  So warrants are like reserving the right to buy the stock at a certain price for a certain time.  After that time ...more

So is the excercise price always at .35?
Comment by cgytrader on Feb 09, 2021 10:38am
Warrants and Options are similar where the exercise/strike price is always fixed. The only time it will change is if it is re-priced by the Company (usually only done closer towards the expiry date if warrants are really out of the money) or a share split has occurred and the warrants need to be "split adjusted".  Long story short, you buy a HITI warrant, the exercise price will ...more

Thank you, and this is the most clear answer rec'd to date. Please verify - my question also includes exercise timing:      Is it possible to exercise anytime upto the expiry date?      or      Only able to exercise on the expiry date? Best Regards - and thanks again... PS340

PS340: Yes you can exercise the warrants at anytime between now and the Feb 6, 2023 expiry date at $0.35.  Cheers.

Warrants should be at .65 cents way under where they should be
