High Tide Files $100.0 Million Preliminary Base Shelf Prospe
High Tide last night announced the filing of a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus. The filing will enable the company to raise up to $100.0 million in aggregate gross proceeds over a 25 month period.

HITI's US expansion is all about large scale accretive acquisitions... which will take a substancial capital infusion. Considering all the discussion on this BB regarding a NASDAQ listing if you never thought a minimum of $100M was required you are living in a bubble.
