HITI's US expansion is all about large scale accretive acquisitions... which will take a substancial capital infusion. Considering all the discussion on this BB regarding a NASDAQ listing if you never thought a minimum of $100M was required you are living in a bubble. As investors we need to have strong hands to maximize our stock price and minimize dilution. If you are not in HITI for the long haul... please sell now as this expansion is best summarized as... "Go Big or Stay Home"
