They won't acquire Hiti.  With all the work Raj has been putting in and expanding. They would not be able to afford Hiti.   Unless they are prepared to pay several multiples of Hiti's current $7 plus price.  I cannot see that happening.   Sundial has a lousy financial picture and too many shares o/s.  No thanks.  Raj is too smart for that too.  Won't ...more

Not possible. Among many other reasons, the primary one being that regulations dont allow for LPs to have 100% ownership of a corporate owned retail chain in cananda... sundial may have to spin off their financing arm into a separate corporate entity (which they most likely will at some point) to be able to acquire other retailers to boost their lousy sales numbers.. dyodd..glta
