That is a HUGE vote of confidence. Don’t look at the quantity of shares but instead focus on the initial investment thesis. They always start small then ramp up on their holdings. They are no dummies and have inside intelligence and know how. They know more than the rest of us. And they see the close proximity to SAFE act if not federal legalization at this point. Well confidence in my books says some institutions should start getting in on the at-the-market facility. It's supposedly a low share price here, so load up BoA.
