Predicts with what probability? TA predicts nothing until there is confirmation. The TA trade here is let it consolidate. Let the market understand the story and see what the value is. When it breaks the 4.10 it has a high probability of carrying on and if it falls back down below 3.90 or so then its not real or a whipsaw. No one has any idea really if it will happen though some will say its a certainty fundamentally and that may be true and happen but the trade is a break of 4.10.
