there is a massive gap in the chart beteen .29 cents and .74 cents. The volume went from 10,000 shares traded to 24 hours later, 5.9 million shares traded.  There is going to be caos when this hits $1. I'm not even sure I would buy at .29 cents. It may go lower on massive panic selling
