What happened to the 50M cease and desist stipend they had agreed to pay HIVE as part of the settlement? I believe HIVE recv'd quite a chunk from this source. Constantly late w/ reg matters? They have only been 'officially late' ONCE, when the attempted Genesis takeover was at hand. They are still NOT technically late for this pending annual 10K. How do u know they have ceased looking for a new CEO? Are u a fly on their office wall? And... how has he "wasted" $400M??? You cannot "waste" a market-capitalization worth of your stock if it is not liquid. What u really mean is that he has allowed the stock to lose 90% of its peak value. Anyway, I'm sure this debate could last through the weekend, and I for one do not want to think about anything more to do with HIVE until Mon when the great 10K is released!
