It's not in the pennies. Penny-stocks are typically $0.0001 to $0.10. We are at a third of a dollar, which is precisely where RIOT and GALAXY were not too long ago. I, personally, have explained my insights numerous times on this board as to why the price is where it is at the moment and where it is likely to go.
