Yea, they made a third amendment to their 40F this week. Still struggling with the SEC

but this was several weeks ago, whats the hold up?

Obviously HIVE has been approved already for the nasdaq if the tickers are being altered on stockhouse and other market website.
so why hasnt HIVE announced the NASDAQ uplisting that they have already received?

can one of the super smart investors that post here please explain that to me?
