Ethereum
Hive, worlds largest public miner of ethereum. What happens when Ethereum changes to POS and you can no longer mine it POW. This move is probably happening by end of this month.

To reiterate, ETH 2.0 won’t be fully live till 2022. While it is launching soon, it is just a test and will operate alongside POW.

This is false. Mining of ETH will continue well into 2022 at minimum. Bigger question is does hive invest in newer equipment to keep mining hive or move on to other mining activities?

i wonder if there is any point mining over POW until 2022. POS doesnt require energy, probably cheaper to mine. But on the flip side. With such an easy entry into the industry, itll probably becomenway to competitive to mine.

Hermit buddy, go back in your cave or do a little reading and research before posting. Like Gator said, we've covered this. HIVE is well positioned under either system.
