• HIVE made a major move into profitabilty
• HIVE stock price appreciating much faster than price increase of ETH
• made majot cuts to operational expenses to increase profitability
• secured low energy mw costs and contracts
• will be mining more coins with add on of machines
• newer and more powerful machines will have competitors disappear as they cannot afford to upgrade CPUs
• computer hardware and upgrades will be hard to get going forward...HIVE is all ready to ramp up production 
• gross profits went from -$0.6 million to +$9.21 million  
• mgt feels ETH will catch up to Bitcoin (ETH all time highs were $1400)...currenty at $600
• HIVE to aim to OWN all their data centres
• HIVE investing for GROWTH
• HIVE manages crypto risk by selling coins when crypto has big run up
• holds all crypto in cold wallets....looking to use FIREBLOCKS as well (Fidelity uses them) as they have incredible security and controls
