REE & YukonMy initial reaction was negative - I mean who likes reverse splits really? And spin-offs? Those are often just as bad! lol
But Hinterland just might be the company where a spin off makes sense. They have so many properties really, and they all may get assigned a higher value if held in two more focused entities. As k613 noted, the Lula property next to QRM could be the homerun here. QRM is one of my largest holdings and as that project gains more attention this year it should be a huge positive for HMI.
Personally I'll be holding on to both companies.
