insiders stole the company

Problem I have with this company is that the Hunt family owns over 80% of the shares outstanding.

In 2015 they did a 10 for 1 reverse split and then raised a mere $500K by issuing 25 million shares at 2 cents.  To me this is a sign of predatory management who took advantage of poor market conditions to dilute small shareholders at prices that border on theft.

Oh and they very conveniently gave themselves 25 million warrants at 5 cents: The Corporation intends to raise maximum aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000. It is expected the majority of the proceeds will be subscribed for by related parties to the Corporation, however, the private placement is being offered to all current shareholders of the Corporation who wish to participate. Note: these are 5 year warrants not the usual 2 year warrants. No excuse for making them 5 year warrants other than self-dealing
