Who in their right mind would buy this Co for .05.
This is how sneaky these guys are, no one bites at .05 so thy put it at .025 then when the .025 closes then they will announce that they closed their PP and people will be thinking it is the .05 that close.
So, do they have 2 private placements going at the same time or they void the .05 without letting the shareholders knows or are they hoping to close the .025 then see if they can close the .05 later?
How do these people get away with these thing.
