Yes, the "financing" and the payments you point out total $2.4 million. Pyrogenesis lost $6 million in the 3rd quarter.

The fact is that in the Q3 report pyrogenesis reported current assets of $19,652,937 and current liabilities of $26,086,512.

The battery comparison chart is all 100% graphite anodes except Novacium (Pansonic being at the top). So investors are not impressed that Novacium's blended anode is only as good as the best

For comparison testing it would be good to have it clarified whether the 5 better batteries are 100% graphite anodes or use some other materials including someone else mixing their own version of SiOx

Interesting point: HPQ can buy 3N Si instead of make it. This would mean the modified QRR could be used to produce only SiOX. With 3N Si selling for $4-$5/kg maybe the product is becoming commoditized

Novacium using 3rd party SiOx to do comparison testing is still valid to show its technique for combining graphite and SiOx outperforms pure graphite. Also, their comment that it is not yet optimized
