You are right ... if you look at the history of GXS huge 100 bagger that was posted ... you will see the rise was short lived April23 to July 24 of 2008 ... this was built on hype and promoters ... anybody that got in and out did well ... if you look at the stock today it is back to its old form ... back to where it all started which begs the question why???? ... penny stocks are driven by news and the will to believe it is true ... good recent example is WTC White Tiger Mining that recently made a discovery and went from 30 cents to over a dollar from April 5 to 11 on news ... but it too was short lived ... this stock will rise you will have to be patient ... some juniors go from a discovery and exploration to a mine and there are many examples of that in the system ... some are taken over and some are bought ... everything depends on THEIR NEXT GREAT DISCOVERY ... let us hope they have made a significant discovery and some company will offer to buy them out ... then the SP will rise apropriately ... good example is recently was Potash ... it made the news and people speculated on the buyout which never happened ... but the stock went bulistic for many months ... most of the time most juniors do not get noticed (even with a good find) and remain a junior until they find a MOTHER LOAD which quickly gains the attendion of the BIG BOYS ... if the find is very significant they could form their own mining company ... this generally takes years and different expertise to pilot the company ... that generates a shift in management and many millions of capitol ... most often these finds are bought by the BIG BOYS who already have the staff management and experince in that field ... they have financial backing and can get production underway in less time that a new company ... HERE IS HOPES FOR GREAT NEWS
