Dear Schmid,

You comment : "I wasn't trying to bash, just to understand the relationship between the two companies." and other comments you have made the last few days are raising flags about the true goal of your posts.

I could be wrong but, your posts look like a poster trying to downplay UBR potential...

Why I have no clue....

Just look at your previous comment: "You unlocked the answer for me. They can only sell 10% or 500,000 shares basically, for 36 months, unless UBR's stake drops below 5% of CCB's fully diluted share count."

That comment was factually correct in December, but no longer applicable, since UBR stake did drop below 5%, and I had mention that in my post yesterday... The true relation is that there are no longer any relationships, with all that can imply...

Now why would an advanced member make such a deliberate omission ?

Second, Wednesday you made a big point to say that the up volume was meaningless while I pointed to the fact that the trading seem to indicate more an attempt by Scotia to shake the three..

When you look at yesterday trading, it does seem that Scotia is still trying to do that :

What could be the reason for a 500 share down tick at the end ?

That raise no flags from you, but 4,000 shares purchases out of 26,000 midday does ?

So why do you focus so much on what you seem to call a pump operation and not place the same energy commenting a trash and cash plan ?

Asking the question does seem to give the answer....
