That was my thought as well.  You'd have to be pretty sure of the results to go ahead and invest 8 million dollars.  I think they got their first results and based on those results they announced the pilot plant.  I still think they want to make sure they are getting consitent reults before releasing them...in my mind at least I wasn't under the impression that it was one round of tests and then they were done, it seemed to me from what I read that it was ongoing testing in order to perfect the process.  I think once they have a few results back from the lab then they will be released...Who knows though it is the Venture!
