RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WOW The problem might be that sometimes it's hard to tell which end it's coming out of. Remember 3 weeks before they announced that the GNH project was a no go they said it was a fantastic project. They have been discussing the spinco on this fantastic project going on 3 years.>>>>>>Bernard Tourillon, Chairman and CEO of Uragold stated, "Our decision to participate in this government funded exploration program at this time represents the official start of the Company's plan to spin out its' gold assets into a separate publicly traded company, first contemplated in our press release of December 1, 2015. We believe the spin out will serve to unlock the true value of our gold assets for our shareholders, all of whom will receive shares in the new company, while allowing each company to focus on their respective core competencies. Details of the spin out, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, will be provided in due course." On the way to achieving that goal, mistakes have been made which makes them human. New tech always has a learning curve. Asking direct questions to mgt and sharing answers for discussion leaves less room for negative speculation. IMHO.
