RE:DeliveryNo. This is explained by HPQ CEO Bernard in the recent Agoracom video where Bernard discusses the milestone of producing sub 100 nanometer silicon powder.
This was ultimately the first test run where they tried to produce the smallest powder possible and they exceeded their expectations with how small their powder ended up. This opens the door to other applications and uses in different industries beyond battery manufacturing alone.
They now need to work their way backwards (which is easier according to Bernard) to produce bigger powders, as the order was for powders between 200 - 500 nanometers if I am not mistaken. I'm sure they are now in the process of continuing to tweak the reactor and conducting more test runs to fulfill this order. I expect we will see a news release when the order is fulfilled.
