From Pyrogenesis' Q3 results, here is the breakdown of the shares and warrants that PyroGenesis has in HPQ Silicon:

Shares in HPQ Silicon:  25,074,200

Warrants in HPQ:  27,344,600

Note that all of the warrants are in-the-money and some have been converted into shares.  The upcoming Q4 financials from PyroGenesis will provide an updated figure on this.

It's great to see that PyroGenesis has such a vested interest in HPQ Silicon/PUREVAP.  For PyroGenesis to invest so much of their own funds into HPQ Silicon, this speaks volumes to the value of PUREVAP and where the PUREVAP QRR and the PUREVAP NSiR are headed.

There are some great posts on this board regarding HPQ Silicon, I'll re-post a great summary from Renaissance on HPQ Silicon shortly.
