Executing that agreement to me would signal a future full takeover of HPQ so that PYR would own all of it.  I wouldnt say no to a 5:1 share swap with PYR...they will be over 20.00 when they hit the NASDAQ and thats being conservative.  A take over that translated into a 10.00 a share money eqivalent for HPQ??? Yeah OK sure do it.
