Yes you are right!!
2027 it is, as full scale operations... My apologies for doubting.

The information is embeded in the report as an image and I was searching the doc With Ctl+F in the pdf, which yielded no result for 2027. Ctl+F does not read images or graphs.

In the PUREVAP QRR process for HPQ Silicon column, the timeline to commercialisation which is labelled as Manufactguring feedstock for HPQ Nano starting 2022.

In the HPQ NANO POWDERS INC. column, the timeline to commercialisation reads as: «First sales anticipated in 2022, full scale operations 2027»

All this info is in the blue table image on page 7 of 22 in MD&A for FY2020 HPQ Silicon.
