In case you dont understand that let me explain it to you. "it would be a legally binding statement" That is he would then be stating publically that HPQ at some point in the future would be bought out and if it wasnt then guess what? HPQ could be sued for misleading staements. Written down? are you nuts? Now he has insinuated and not in specific wording in several videos that HPQ could be the target of a buy out some time in the future.
