I agree and have been repeating what Bernard has been saying which is the silos may be purchased before production ever ramps up.

Why wouldn't you agree with the CEO?

Also, the West wants to take control of as much of the Green supply chain as possible.....wrench it away from China.

Quebec and Ontario have and will continue to subsidize industries such as HPQ.

Ontario just gave over 4 million to a company that is taking H2O to Hydrogen and we know that HPQ has been getting grants as well with the Quebec govt.
Finding financing will not be an issue.
