Seeing the machine has not yet been started how could they be making powders. You are correct they were trying to figure a scale to measure how close they were so used the powder sizes. Pretty crafty and deliberate as are all other videos to keep people hanging. Another thing I picked up after listening several times was the first insurance company they had contacted turned them down and would not insure the machine.
It finishes with the next video will be from the plant. Doesn't mean the machine will be started and running, just means the video will be from the plant. I am too suspicious, or just impatient?
