Hey Perry Mason.. On what planet do you think that the same court wouldnt order stockhouse to provide all the pumpers personal information and also order complete disclosure of all, financials contracts and paid promotion done by the companies. They're not gonna get the stockhouse information on an ex parte motion without attempting service of some form.

Hello goose I'd like to introduce you to the gander.

I would think that these publically traded companies would welcome a public scrutiny of their financials , contracts , press releases, marketing techniques and paid promoting in order to clear the air and help their stock prices by eliminating these questions.

I think Bernie would welcome the opportunity to show all the revenue he's generated in the last 15 or 20 years but somehow i've missed and no one else seems to be able to provide despite repeated requests. No doubt he would want to share his business successes to reassure his shareholders that their money is in good hands.

clearly they would want full disclosure of all the pumpers on here to show that there's no relation directly or indirectly to the company including proving that their marketing guy isn't on websites posting without clearly disclosing in every post that he is an employee .

I definitely think the company would want to prove that postings on various sites don't come from the same IP and that it doesn't come from either company offices or employees homes I think definitely the company would want that cleared up.

I also think the company would want to clear the record that they didn't state in a press release that they bought that 4,000,000 shares when in the same. They actually printed 11 million more clearly the company would want that clarified.

They were previously accused of round tripping money clearly the companies would want to publicly explain the millions of dollars crisscrossing and HPQ payments for intellectual property with conditions that probably couldn't be justified as fair market value and in the best interest of the shareholders

All my questions and statements are based on the company's own financials and press releases and clearly the company would want my misinterpretation clarified.

And I don't know what your mother's telling you but since PYR has house counsel, so essentially HPQ does I'm pretty sure they don't need you to advise them on what fights they want and what fights they dont want

I also think the company would be well excited to bring the three previous CFO's and a couple directors to answer some questions and clear the air.

Zaphod is a toxic basher..no way he is long. He manipulates and trades short at the same time which is highly illegal to post on social media while trading or anticipating to trade in the future.

He definitely has other aliases that he uses!

I have forwarded to Bernard the name of law firm whom successfully prosecuted Theralase TLT.V stockhouse troll's and forced stockhouse to provide data and information on the trolls whom used to bash TLT daily I suggest all serious HPQ investors use the report abuse function of stockhouse, demand they act and and perhaps mention your interest in joining a class action lawsuit if stockhouse continues to provide safe haven for these bashers.Stand up fight back , your investment and $$$ are being illegally targeted and stockhouse in my opinion is complicent.
