The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

HPQ and PyroGenesis JV structure

Pyrogenesis does not have the ability to own half of HPQ as some posters think!!!

PYR owns about 8-9% fully diluted of HPQ.

PYR gets 10% royalty of the sales from Purevap NSiR, 10% royalty for HPQ Polvere (fumed silica) and 10% royalty of Purevap QRR .

Only the 10% royalty of Purevap NSiR and 10% royalty for HPQ Polvere (fumed silica) can be converted at anytime to 50% equity ownership of that JV.

Purevap QRR is solely owned by HPQ with no option to convert to ownership by Pyrogenesis. QRR is the most important part of everything and imho most valuable.
