HPQ Silicon Inc V.HPQ

Alternate Symbol(s):  HPQFF

HPQ Silicon Inc. (HPQ) is a Canada-based technology company specializing in green engineering of silica and silicon-based materials. The Company is engaged in developing, with the support of technology partners PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (PyroGenesis) and Novacium SAS, new green processes to make the critical materials needed to reach net zero emissions. Its activities are centered around the three pillars: becoming a green low-cost (Capex and Opex) manufacturer of Fumed Silica using the Fumed Silica Reactor, a proprietary technology owned by HPQ being developed for HPQ by PyroGenesis; becoming a producer of silicon-based anode materials for battery applications with the assistance of Novacium SAS, and Novacium SAS is engaged in developing a low carbon, chemical base on demand and high-pressure autonomous hydrogen production system. The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

Is the friggin icing on the proverbrial cake.

Thats for sure.

Lots of potential here.

Go Hpq.

Didn't this news item in October 2022 get rid of the term EBH2 or did it rise back up out of the ashes?
Novacium came in EBH2 went out -- did it really make a comeback? When was that?

"HYDROGEN UPDATE"

"Further to our December 8, 2021, release, HPQ would like to inform shareholders that the HPQ validation team at Novacium, our France – based R&D team, completed two separate EBH2 validation tests over the last few months. Unfortunately, the results of both tests did not allow the validation of EBH2 key claims but does demonstrate the utility of our new business venture with Novacium (see September 15, 2022 release). As a result, HPQ is no longer pursuing the venture with EBH2 as described in our August 24, 2021, release. We may revisit this opportunity if EBH2 has more success with the new generation generator they are developing."

Yes little bit different

@cargo Finally had some time to look at $HPQ revised annual report and point out a few items:) https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1i5qbjj-HPQRevisedAnnual.pdf
1- The team at Novacium is developing 2 innovative processes to produce hydrogen:) "Capitalizing on their own knowledge and know-how, the technical team has several innovative concepts in the field of Hydrogen and will develop 2 innovative processes"

2- We know that $HPQ has already sent 4N+ silicon samples thanks to Novacium to the worlds leading high performance company, HPQ is also planning to send way more samples out to potential customers:) "The company is in discussions with several external service providers with the aim of finalizing, before the end of the second quarter of 2023, its specifications and to be in a position to distribute samples to potential HPQ customers of hundreds of kilograms of Micrometric silicon"

3- We also know that $HPQ has received interest in regards to nano-silicon, but I did not know that they will be also be offering them to test their micro-silicon powders. "Having already received interest from potential buyers of the nanoscale material, the company will contact these potential buyers to offer them to test microscale materials" Remember that $HPQ has signed at least seven (7) NDAs with EV manufacturers, battery makers and other high value materials companies, they will be sending micro-silicon samples made from the GEN3 and lets not forget it does mention on the latest investor deck that "most of the NDAs signed indicated a strong preference for micron size Silicon material"
