Still...That's minuscule amount compared to what Patrick owns directly and indirectly

Bernard CEO already has very strong vested interests and tons of skin in the game as he owns over 9.27M shares and 4M options = 13.27M shares

VP Patrick owns prior over 4.64M shares... Now 4.34M after selling 300,000 shares and 1.4M options = 5.74Mshares

That is a lot of skin.
