With news like this about pyr. They better hurry up and make a deal. Cause if they wait 2 years who knows if PYR will be around to help them out.

Now think about this...WHY would Peter make those type of comments knowing AMF woud read it. Of course his lawyers MUST have approved that NR and more importantly those bold comments. .

It is NOT out of the realm of probablities that there is a witch hunt where the regulator has tunnel vision ONLY to try get the ruling they want..IF you don't believe that you have no idea how the justice system or regulatory bodies can operate with over an zealous officer that at times disregard truth that might circumvent his/her obession for ruling already decided they want. Nonetheless, I am extremely confident after seriously reflecting what most likely is really going on.
As stated..there are clear motives behind this: Normally company usually states it regrets the decision and will respect OR just appeal..BUT NO NO NO - Peter is bold enough to say there are something bogus going on. I kept thinkng wow he knows something or someone specific that there are people with motives and that will be exposed.

Each of Mr. Pascali, Mr. Curleigh and the Company denies the allegations against him/it, believes they are without merit, and will vigorously defend himself/itself. The operations of the Company continue as usual.
On the outside chance the ruling stands(which I HIGHLY DOUBT) - the max exposure $550k to PYR etc... - I have no issues. The company will continue it's objectives and operate accordingly. I FULLY believe truth will PREVAIL!
Meanwile team FUD bashers want everyone to take their eyes off of PYR's incredible tech and engineering of DROSRITE, TORCHES, WASTE DESTRUCTION, PUREVAP QRR/NSiR partnership w #HPQ , FUMED SILICA , NEXGEN 3D POWDERS, PYR GREEN GAS ETC ETC are poised to be huge verticals for PYR as many huge industries need to be GHG compliant asap which many will imho will not only want PYR's offerings but absolutely need them.
