RE:Sio as the voice of reason here... on HPQ.. So what you are saying is that you are sitting on a losing stock, wouldn't invest new money and will just continue hoping for a turnaround?
Tou recognize they need to get much needed money from somewhere to keep going because they have no commercially ready products and think the options are one source but can't see them being exercised soon.
i ageee with this stuff except would not count on BT being able to get the price over $1 BECAUSE he will exercise those options. As you pointed out, and has recently been announced, they easily reprice options.
Financials will be out soon and will likely show a deteriorating liquidity picture. Normal for an R&D company. Question being, where's money going to come from. The one hope I can see from recent NRs is the potential partner for the fumed silica initiative from the recent announced NDA. Other 2 verticals? Who is in play for them? I don't think Pyro is in good shape to toss some money and I am not sure about the strength of interest for a placement. You wouldn't toss more new money, so as an investor, what do you see being attractive to new investors? The stock has not responded well to any news, or you can say the response was preventing quicker decline. There is no tangible evidence of BT's claim of positive interactions with potential partners, clients and investment community as a result of phone calls after his NR's. Hope is negotiating financing deals as we speak.
Here's to hoping for pulling out a rabbit out of a hat since many of us seem to remain in the game since we are already losing quite a bit.
These are honest assessments based on the "merits of the company". Unfortunately they are not pretty and will be labelled as "bashing" by the pumping crew because there is nothing more tangible that they can present. $$$ is needed to finance ongoing development. Have to wait for those NRs.
