u do need an exit plan, u dont wanna CRA come to share ur cake, im willing to share with anyone, parents, friends, church, charity not CRA

I would love to give $1M to CRA nice big slice of the cake...only means I have a very big slice 3x bigger.  50% Captial Gains Exemption equates to 3 pieces for me and 1 piece for CRA.   Anyways good problem to deal with...but for now let's see the decimal pt shift to the right first :)
