dans la video Peter dit qu'il n'a pas de temps a perdre avec des clients ou des nouveaux projets SI IL N'EST PAS CERTAIN QUE CA VA FONCTIONNER.

Ce n'est pas difficile a comprendre.  PYR fait deja des nano-poudres de titane avec sa division AM alors pourquoi PYR ne serait pas capable de faire des nano-poudres avec le silicon???

C'est la meme technique!

Et, c'est pour ca que je dis depuis le debut que PYR va acheter HPQ

Ce n'est qu'une question de temps.  Peter le dit lui-meme qu'il regarde pour des acquisitions

They already have %10 of revenue locked up plus all of their shares. Why aquire why you already have a nice slice of the pie. I believe they would be looking at other opportunities

Peter l'a deja mentionne.   Avoir trop de dirigeant dans une entreprise est parfois compliquer.  L'un veut quelque chose et l'autre non alors il vaut mieux acheter.  BUYOUT!

I agree with you completely from a pure revenue/financial standpoint. However, in an agoracom interview, CEO Bernard alluded to the potential the HPQ could be a takeover target, and that would concern PYR because of the patented tech that they wouldn't want somebody else to house, if they were to acquire HPQ....... To me that means that perhaps there will be more shares of HPQ owned by PYR in ...more

It's more probable there will be a joint-venture PYR/HPQ in a newco at the same time Pyro will spinoff its AM powder. IMHO
