Number of battery manufacturer testing HPQ products give clear indication what kind of interest HPQ generates from its potential clients. I know the testing may take time. I want to know how much interest there for HPQ products. As a client if I want to test something means I may have interest. I do not know what harm this will make.

Why not more battery manufacturer testing the product? What is stopping them from allowing others to test? After all HPQ product will reduce the cost of the battery. HPQ is only supplying battery raw materials. For HPQ there is no competition. I dont get it. Why other manufacterer not testing the product? If I have the product as HPQ claim why only one showing interest. Is there binding contract
