Offtake agreements
Terms can differ but some deals actually have the purchaser of the goods supply funds upfront to secure supply. This could be a source for partially funding the FSR 1000 tpy plant.

Exactly Zinzin, nothing like this news from geely (chinese) incentivizing western battery manufactures to achieve similar results...HPQ's silicon is an important ingredient in the solution!

If we have cell battery survived for weeks that is big deal. Big cell battery manufacture may line up soon. HPQ is a diamond mind. Good luck
