Does anyone brave enough to guess who HPQ is working with?

Have been trying to find clues for sometime but no luck....
Comment by Qtrlbder on Sep 20, 2020 1:49am
This is regarding to the NDA.
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Sep 20, 2020 8:41am
He mentionned Sila and Amprius and theyre technologies. Amprius is using silane gas to make nanowires and in a interview said he received a call from someone using silane. I highly suspect both of them to be interested for receiving samples. Also Silion (bought by Tesla) works on sillicon anode and could be intersted in cheap nanoparticles or nanowires. They stated to have futur supply price ...more

Thank you for the post. Much appreciated and finger crossed.
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 20, 2020 11:57am
I think for now Amprius is our competition, but Bernard stated in the most recent interview that Amprius's cost for raw materials is more than Hpq is looking to sell their finished products. Instead of Amprius I think it's Advano and Sila. Advano is the company who asked the question "can we make it cheap enough to build trillions of batteries" which has been hpq's goal.  ...more

Bottom line: If it doesn’t scale, we don’t look at it. No exceptions. does this sound familiar? This was taken from Advano's website.
Comment by thesabbathlife on Sep 20, 2020 12:22pm
Advano upcycles scrap, silicon waste from semiconductor or solar panel manufacturing, to create A-SiFx™, a finely engineered, scalable silicon solution that increases the energy density of li-ion batteries. By upcycling, Advano is able to sidestep the toxic silicon manufacturing process entirely, protecting both the environment and its engineers. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/advano ...more
Comment by thesabbathlife on Sep 20, 2020 12:31pm
They are still using toxic silicon, but great that the are re-purposing such toxic silicon for additional use. The battery passport should track the silicons carbon footprint and would be interesting to see how much re-purposing would bring down its lifetime ghg emissions. Still, HPQ reigns superior due to its access of materials and lower ghg emissions.
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 20, 2020 12:34pm
yes but I think they were the ones that started Hpq down this path. Possibly looking for a more efficient, cheaper way of producing their product? It's just my guess, I also remember Bernard saying something that made me believe Advano is the competition. Why can't they be both? Possibly they're the reason Hpq looked into recycling solar panels?
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 20, 2020 12:50pm
Ultimately Advano, Amprius, Sila are all battery manufacturers and if Hpq can make their silicon products as cheap or cheaper than they can make them themselves it makes more sense to buy the product from Hpq and focus on making better batteries.
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Sep 20, 2020 1:26pm
Exactly welderkev, we have the nice spot in this field to supply all those trying to commercialize nanosillicone based products.. All of them will ne able to put all efforts in their products instead of in one of the ingredients... H2 generation, battery, medical (did see nanosilicone used to release drugs on the web), or whatever... We just have to build the high capacity plant and they will ...more
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 20, 2020 1:52pm
Exactly, I think this is how the relationship started with Apollon back when it was still about making better, cheaper solar panels.
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Oct 03, 2020 10:20am
I've mentionned before that Bernard spoke of Amprius and Sila Nanotech as being potential clients, but NEVER named SilLion which is a BIG clue that they could be the advanced material manfacturer that they can't name... Anybody has an Agoracom to ask Bernard about SilLion's tech and see if he avoids the subject's name in the reply?
Comment by thesabbathlife on Oct 03, 2020 11:17am
Thanks for reminder, Airbus has invested into Amprius, though they produce their silicon nanowires from toxic silane gas. Though, still proving my point of the lengths the energy industry will go to produce/ obtain silicon. Would not be surprised if they come knocking here next so they can focus on commercial cell manufacturing and leave silicon production to the HPQ experts...

How about Hydro Quebec as the NDA client.  Hydro Quebec plans on being a leader in the  EV battery industry.  Hydro Quebec has met Tesla and Mercedes Benz in the past to discuss batteries.  HPQ has been working with Hydro Quebec and both their head offices are in Montreal Is it a coincidence or is it just a match made in heaven for HPQ investors
Comment by Breizh1 on Sep 20, 2020 4:08pm
It will be a natural that Hydro-Quebec will be involved, with either Daimler (that is already known) But H-Q is not a battery manufacturer (yet), nor an EV manufacturer (not yet) . But it was involved in the development of an electric vehicle in the past (some 40 to 50 years ago). but it was dropped suddenly. Same MO as the Canadian supersonic jet.in Toronto. Good suggestion to include H-Q in the ...more

GOOD QUESTION -Daimler -Enevate
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 20, 2020 3:59pm
Enevate is an interesting one with their battery moving from silicon dominant to pure silicon. Daimler just recently bought into Farasis energy for their batteries, I couldn't find any info on the makeup of their batteries.
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Sep 20, 2020 4:46pm
Daimler is working with Hydro-Quebec for battery research.
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 20, 2020 4:54pm
That may be I was talking about this deal from July 3  https://www.daimler.com/innovation/drive-systems/electric/mercedes-benz-and-farasis.html

Has anyone heard if this venture is still moving forward with covid or has is been stalled?  Haven't seen anything new in months.

Go to agoracom.com. You have to be kidding me.
Comment by dougkimbrough on Nov 30, 2020 10:18am
I don't mean that comment in a bad way but we're getting samples/orders ready and we're waiting to here from Mr.T this month. That help?
Comment by ABbeef on Nov 30, 2020 11:04am
It would be nice if it were Tesla...... But I personally think that it is with Renault..The French connection Trifecta.   HPQ out of Quebec ,Apollon from France.... Renault from France ????????
Comment by dougkimbrough on Nov 30, 2020 11:19am
We're working with pyr and apoollon. We're sending samples/orders to numerous companies. Bernard has stated (some companies we can't even talk about) in one of George's recent interviews.  There's more to this than what we can be told.
Comment by Breizh1 on Nov 30, 2020 11:45am
Few are willing to take the risk. Tesla is too obvious. I have already listed my favorites: Groupe Renault (which include Nissan, and Mitsubishi) Peugeot (that would include cycles) 'Mercedes Benz

MISINFORMATION from DA Bre... We have NDAs signed and on top of that Bernard has stated some companies cannot even be mentioned in his interview on agoracom.com. Don't let Bre fool you. He's a DA despicable LIAR
Comment by Breizh1 on Nov 30, 2020 12:22pm
»»»» BCONT you have opened a new account on Friday. or is it Develop You are pathetic. You guys have a need to dominate! I know HPQ more than you would even start to dream. So much you would have a nightmare!

hey doug put him on IGNORE . and for the record you just came to stockhouse 2days ago and you are trying to dominate this board???
Comment by dougkimbrough on Dec 01, 2020 4:47am
I'm not here to dominate this board nor to make friends. I'm here to let these shorts know there time has ran out. It's HPQs time to shine this December. The shorts will be glad I warned and the people that own HPQ will happy I FINALLY spoke up. I will not ignore anyone or MISINFORMATION will run rapid.
