This thing reminds me of Orbite Alluminae ORT which recentlly folded. Another PQ supported investment in producing high quality product. Ran fron 2011 to 2020 and is now considered a " Worthless Security" but a lot of pumping over the years . Alot of people bounce around, the US election and BTC are the eye of mainy right now off making money elsewhere, then when HPQ silicon starts producing and getting orders and they are the talk of the town this will fly up, all those low bids will turn to buy at market, extra money made elsewhere will get pumped in and it will go up up and away. Most likely it will hold it's value and start
