That's the rabbitt that Bernard was talking about.   And it's just before silicon batches are to be delivered! Fun time ahead.

He definately does nothing to promote HPQ nor does he mention the carbon coating process.  My guess is he will change his tune once the results are back from the lab.  Battery manufacturers will be able to use 100% silicon anodes which will be superior to Teslas process.

My guess is he wasn't impressed with all the HPQ posters on his last video that he wasn't going to say much about HPQ. Don't ask me why, judging by his response I got the vibe he wasn't going to promote HPQ much in his video. Nonetheless, the product will speak for itself soon.

I wouldn't blame him, we were a bunch of pirahanas with his last vid haha.  He also suggested that the particle size was changed at the last minute while this is common knowledge here and he didn't take in the fact that HPQ can coat nano silicon with carbon in 1 step. The whole idea is HPQ will replace graphite in batteries with these particles.  All good and well, he did ...more

Oh btw, this is not a call to sell, new HPQ investors.  The confirm of a technical youtuber was a ' nice to have' and would've lifted us a bit higher a little bit faster but in the long run changes nothing.

A few key points. Jordan is speculating based on a lot of information from battery day which was months ago and long before HPQ samples were available. Even though he is only guessing at whether or not Tesla will be using HPQ he did state that there are a lot of other potential uses for HPQ's silicon and he seemed rather surprised and impressed at the price point of HPQ's 4N silicon. I ...more

Yes totally agree. Here is good points by sabbath on ceo.ca   @Sabbath Re The Limiting Factor; At 15:47ish he flashes an image of how Tesla doesn't want nano powders and says Tesla would rather have micron powders at the size of 1um.  That 1um falls within the range of PUREVAP NSiR capabilities of .20um - 5um.    He also fails to recognize PUREVAP QRR is the only ...more

Yes, Tesla will have to take a number like everyone else and wait in line or risk being left behind. HPQ will be the soup nazi of nano powders! It will be history for Tesla if they insist on any other route.
