The real question is how do you put a Market Cap Value to something that you have no idea what the product will sell for in the future, and what quantities? Sitting today at $400million MC, that's rich and very big, good luck.

you are hysterical. First time trading stocks?
Comment by beachbuminMexic on Dec 29, 2020 8:10pm
Market cap 276 million not 400

Dude, you really don't know what you are talking about! You have to consider Fully Diluted Outstanding Shares, which includes all warrants and options. The number is close to 400 million common shares.
Comment by MRB403 on Dec 30, 2020 9:53am
It has been a while since I looked but thought it was around ~350M shares outstanding.
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 10:08am
It's 361 million shares fully diluted, today. There will be more financing and shares added in the future. Did you look at Bernard's face when they discussed the share performance the past 6 months, even he was completely surprised ! You read into his face that he felt the SP has gotten a hell of alot faster run than he thought it should of at this point. Dude from Agoracom wants the ...more

I disagree. When those samples are examined and if news appears to be good then I believe at $1 it is truly under valued. That is what is driving the stock price today. Let's hope those samples are on par.
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 12:03pm
Examining samples of this nature does nothing. It is the long term testing which still needs to be performed, which believe it or not, takes alot longer than just a few months. Batteries of this nature have to endure thousands of charge/discharge cycles before success can be measured. If you watched Bernard's interview, you can tell that this type of product is all new to him too. The raw ...more

Skier who cares about what your worried about, just cover for crying out load. And stop your crying.

I don't Short Stocks, but I will probably buy back in when it fills the gap around 80. There is still a long way to go before this company starts to make any serious money. Lots of time. Happy New Year :) Batteries in gadgets only need to last for a few years. EVs require batteries that last more than a decade and can handle daily recharging, a wide range of temperatures, and other unique ...more

We already have markets with the hydrogen and niche markets and guess what, those markets are WAY MORE PROFITABLE. Tesla already announced they're going to use a silicon anode in late 2021 or ealy part of 2022 coincidently when HPQ will have quantity to sell. You're just crying because you sold. You should never sell your whole position in a stock with BLUE SKY POTENTIAL. We've all ...more

Purevap Nano will be bought out sooner than later So you don't own HPQ yet you feel compelled to post out of the goodness of your heart yet trying to cast doubt.  Best to cover...no one shorts tells they do.   Long and strong HPQ!!

Nov.5 2020: Sila Nano Analysis on Tesla Battery Day - CNBC | Sila Nanotechnologies 0:40-0:50 - It is the manufacturing costs that are important as margins are so thin.  So right there, PYR/HPQ have something that is attractive (low OPEX/CAPEX). 01:45+ Batterie industry today is 3-5 years ahead of its time Plus, HPQ/PYR have the goods; the materiel itself. I would advise you to put him on ignore, you won't regret it.

Hey skier, you failed to mention that Bernard said to new investors at this level to expect the same level of growth in shareprice for 2021. You best cover your short position today.
Comment by developbc on Dec 30, 2020 10:21am
Bernard stated that they are shored up in cash and will have no need of any financing for next two years.  He is not shocked at the recent performance...he stated always expected and proclaimed it over avg over.  The disruptive tech here is on its way to be sensational.

well said developbc!!!

That sort of makes my point about how long testing battery cycles takes, to determine and conclude feasiblity studies on battery materials.
Comment by Yajne on Dec 30, 2020 11:59am
...and the exclamation point is the millions of 'in the money' warrants held by friendly shareholders with PYR on top of the list. Should easily take care of any funds required through 2021. An absolutely terrible attempt by skier59 at the good'ol soft bash. Have had the little fella on ignore for years on another board where his sole purpose was political carp. Only saw his post ...more

Yajne, I see you had to change the spelling of your Avatar. What happened the other one get BANNED by Stockhouse? The majority of the warrants are priced around 10 cents. I'm far from a little fella you jerk. Ya imagine Yajine, I've been posting on Stockhouse for over 11 years with the same Avatar. I guess you Trump supporters can't handle the TRUTH !
