It is my opinion that Bernard will not release news about sending sames or hydrogen news until after PYR moves to NASDAQ, I know Bernard has a poor record on timelines, however I can not imagine what the hold up is other than NASDAQ,

All material news which may reasonably affect the share price must be released "in a timely manner". I don't think a public company can sit on such news and pick and choose what day to release it although I think we all know that it is common practise to release bad news on Fridays after the bell. Companies cannot play with information.  However, they can wait to sign the contract at a date that I think they want.  So when it's signed, then the information has to be published. What do you think about this? "We don't sell the bearskin until we kill the bear."

IMO you guys are reading way too much into these things, like timing HPQ nr's to PYR's NASDAQ uplisting. I believe we will see news this week from HPQ, though it's JMHO!
