How is it that Elon can post whatever he likes on Twitter to

influence crypto value, but won't say anything about negotiations with HPQ or not? A mention on twitter could cause an explosion with the stock price.

If there are discussions between Tesla and HPQ then there is probably a NDA. Bernard has advised that there are several NDA's in place involving HPQ.

First of all, Elon Musk does not have any legally binding hush orders with cryprocurrencies, and it would not be to his benefit to stay quiet about his relationship with crypto, quite the opposite in fact. I personally do not think Tesla is in direct talks with HPQ, but if they were, why would he want his competition to know where he is finding his battery powders?
