Neo Battery Materials

I find it odd but perfect example of stock manipulation, that NBM has been flying lately on promise and a prayer. They don't have the means to test let alone produce what they say they can yet, while HPQ has already gone through several iterations of pilot plants, tweaks, testing, samples gone out etc. not to mention now having multiple product lines in advanced development stages and we're barely treading water?
