Purevap QRR is solely HPQ's - PYR can not convert QRR to 50%

Can someone post this on ceo.ca as I dont' have account there but just lurk. Getting rather tired of misninformation such as googlesvancouver just posted as if PYR has a 50% right to take over HPQ which is simply not true.

I am very impressed by PyroGenesis engineering and tech. Pyrogenesis are entitled to a 10% royalty of Purevap QRR and 10% royalty of Purevap Nano. But only Purevap Nano
can be converted to 50% equity of their JV with HPQ. Purevap QRR has no conversion/option it is owned 100% by HPQ.

People like captain111 keep attacking great posters like developbc for posting up facts over and over. Here is an example why it is needed as misinformation is evident.
