Thanks but this is an old document when Novacium was formed.  It does not speak to the relationship with HPQ.  We need to know how all the stuff that HPQ is doing with Novacium translates for HPQ shareholders because Novacium is not a subsidiary of HPQ, hence the choice wording of "affiliate" company.  Hopefully that gets clarified in the next video because some ownership

Missing information in their disclosure ought to be a updated press release or a correction of the same. Not via a broadcasted interview at Agoracom. PRs sometime raise more questions than providing answers. Good luck to All!

I agree but I also think they would argue that they did so. They talked a lot about some same topics a number of times in videos so it would be nice if they talked about this is simple terms like they do about other stuff...albeit some of the other stuff is overly trivialized IMO.  It is a simple, basic question - of the stuff they work with Novacium, how do deals relating to those things

IMO, the Agoracom video clips interviewing HPQs BT are unofficial. Had they posted the content at the HPQ website, it would render them official. It behooves HPQ and BT to alleviate shareholder concerns/queries by providing proper accurate disclosure through press releases. You don't want anyone indicating communication is or was misleading.
